Shipping Options

Free Ground Shipping: We offer free ground shipping within Canada and the United States for all orders above $100 cart subtotal. Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days (10-20 business days for rural areas) from the time the order was placed.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and is dynamically quoted based on package weight and the carrier’s rates.

Please be aware that global shipping volumes are higher than usual due to increased online shopping, which has caused a slowdown in deliveries. These delays are beyond our control, as they affect all mail carriers. We continuously monitor the situation and update delivery estimates on our checkout page accordingly. All orders ship with tracking, and you will receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Our Shipping Area

We offer shipping to Canada, the United States, and internationally. However, only orders shipped within Canada and the United States are eligible for free shipping. Orders outside of Canada or the United States will incur shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or U.S. territories.

When Does My Order Ship?

Orders placed before 2 p.m. MT on a business day will normally ship from our facility within the next 2 business days.

When Will I Receive My Order?

The standard shipping option typically sees orders arrive within 3-5 business days from when the order was placed (for both Canada and the United States). Orders with expedited shipping usually arrive within 2 business days from when the order was placed.

Where Is My Package?

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your package leaves our facility. Please note that your order may arrive in separate shipments, and the tracking number provided will be for the first package. You can also view your order history and tracking information by signing into your account.
